Clyde Joseph

Clyde Joseph is a performance coach and movement specialist who helps trainers and athletes unlock their body’s true potential. As the creator of HCLPERFORMANCE, Clyde focuses on improving joint health, nervous system coordination, connective tissue integrity, and muscular performance.

He holds advanced certifications in Functional Range Assessment (FRA), Functional Range Strength Conditioning (FRSC), Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), Dynamic Body Control, Kettlebell Training, Women’s Prenatal Fitness, and Precision Nutrition. His education includes the Stanford Center for Health Education’s Physiology program and a degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

With a background in sports like track, basketball, boxing, and Jiu-jitsu, Clyde blends practical athletic experience with expert biomechanics knowledge to deliver training that’s both science-driven and results-focused.
